Convert Various Media by right click (avi,wmv,3gp,flv)

This is one way i use to convert various media by right click!
This assumes you also have the right codecs to play the media you wish to convert if not see other guides here
First you need to install nautilus-actions and ffmpeg

Code: Select all

su
rpm -ivh http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/rpmfusion-free-release-stable.noarch.rpm
rpm -ivh http://download1.rpmfusion.org/nonfree/fedora/rpmfusion-nonfree-release-stable.noarch.rpm
yum -y install nautilus-actions ffmpeg

Now you will have a menu entry for nautilus actions System>>Preferences>>Nautilus Actions Configuration
Download the actions required (links at bottom) and click on import action, in f12 click on tools then import wizard, the f11 and f12 version of nautilus actions works the same but just looks different
