I am so sorry for not responding sooner but I have had one hell of time the past 6 months with family dieing off and some getting sick.
Anyway to answer your question Autoten is being converted to Ubuntu soon we are trying to finalize some last minute tweaks with reducing xenity popups (the messages that show up telling you every time a step is finished) and a redesigned GUI (Dave's area there).
In the mean time you can use a command line based script called Perfectbuntu that a buddy of mine made he hosts a internet tv show and our work on conversion will take alot of syntax and structure (for the debian differences from Red Hat) from that script.
