To install or upgrade to the latest release copy below in a terminal.

Virtualbox has not been updated to latest version, due to the latest vbox not running well on updated f11

added warning in nvidia driver install to say not for PAE kernel

Updated to latest vbox versions.
Updated flash and adobe air etc as some packages have now changed from i586 to i686 (pain)

Set auoten to check the repos instead of trying to reinstall them on each option that needs them.

Changed to install google picasa straight from site rather than google repo, as present one in google repo will only run as root (again )

GoogleEarth seems to be having trouble downloading from google, this is beyond my control as i dont run google servers, hopefully this is only a temporary
